CAROLYN NORTHCUTT

Carolyn Northcutt

Carolyn Northcutt celebrates 25 years as a realtor and luxury home specialist with Century 21 serving clients in the Kerrville, Texas, area. Ms. Northcutt graduated from Massey Business College in 1976 with an Associate of Arts and an executive secretary designation, and began her career as a paralegal. She spent the next 22 years in the legal field providing administrative and paralegal services to area firms including Rolston Hauslet and Krist Gunn Weller & Neumann. After more than two decades in the field, Ms. Northcutt was beginning to approach what she described as “the burnout stage” of her paralegal career. Feeling that she had learned all that the job had to offer and seeking a career that would empower her to make a difference in the lives of others, Ms. Northcutt began exploring alternatives.

She soon fell in love with the real estate industry and joined Century 21 in 1996. Since launching her real estate career, Ms. Northcutt has pursued additional training and credentials, including an investment property certification, coursework through Senior Real Estate Services and the GRA Realtor Institute, and endorsements in luxury homes and residential retirement homes. She considers it an honor to help her clients find and purchase the right home for their families and their goals, emphasizing what an important life milestone it is to become a homeowner.

Ms. Northcutt enjoys networking and the social aspects of real estate, and approaches her work as an opportunity to help create communities in the areas she serves. As part of her emphasis on community, she is a member of the Homeowners Association Board of Kerrville, Texas; the Kerrville Board of Realtors; and her area Rotary Club. In recent years, she has expanded her focus to providing life coaching services to help empower other women to find their calling and chase personal and professional success, and she is active in the Executive Women’s Club. She attributes her long-term success to recognizing and building on the gifts that God gave her, and plans to continue her path for as long as she is able. In her personal time, Ms. Northcutt is launching a new Bible study group based out of her home, and hopes to dedicate more time to sharing her faith with others.
