Catherine Casale is renowned as a certified senior real estate sales agent and a certified commercial agent with over 14 years of expertise. In these capacities, she is dedicated to helping clients find and purchase or rent their dream homes or commercial properties. Furthermore, she is a firm believer in honoring each client’s individuality, which sets her apart from many of her peers. Ms. Casale attributes her career success to her mother, who helped her become independent and set mature goals from a young age.

Prior to beginning her real estate career, Ms. Casale worked as a bookkeeper and the owner of a child care center. Having sadly lost her parents during her mid-20s, she suddenly became responsible for the care of her younger brother, which inspired her to enter real estate as an agent for Prudential. Ms. Casale further flourished with Coldwell Banker for four years and with William Raveis Real Estate six years directly thereafter.

Since 2017, Ms. Casale has excelled as an agent for Century 21 Alliance. She is additionally active as an investor and hopes to expand not only her business reach, but her personal portfolio of properties. Looking toward the future, Ms. Casale hopes to be licensed to sell real estate in Florida and North Carolina.

Moreover, Ms. Casale is a member of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, the Dutchess County Association of Realtors, the New York State Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. In 2019, she was notably profiled in Forbes Magazine. Likewise, Ms. Casale has been recognized as a Five-Star Realtor by Hudson Valley in 2013, 2015, 2016 and 2018. She believes that even though you put a lot of hard work in something, if you don’t follow it through until the end, you won’t hit success. She never says no to anybody and she will always try to help someone. Her greatest career achievement has been helping clients achieve either their dream home, temporary rental or investments, and she sees that every person is an individual needing individual attention.
