Cessaly Hutchinson

Holding considerable expertise in sales and representing buyers and sellers, Cessaly D. Hutchinson excels in high end residential, commercial and land real estate. Since 2019, she has found success as a commercial realtor recruiter with Aaron Arroyo Real Estate, where she provides support for business opportunities and commercial and land properties in the San Diego area. She also spent time a realtor with Keller Williams in San Diego, where she focused on residential and commercial properties. Additionally serving as the operations manager of the Allstate Insurance Company in Decatur, Georgia, from 2011 to 2020, where she helped customers, filed claims and handled customer collections, she began her career in 1985 as a sales associate with LegalShield USA in Ada, Oklahoma.

A well regarded author in her field, Ms. Hutchinson has contributed her writing skills to the book “Outrageous Marketing” in 2018, as well as to “An International Treaty for Women, the United Nations Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women” and “Proposition 209: Affirmative Action” with the California State Employees Association in 1997 and 1995, respectively. She also maintains professional affiliation with a number of organizations in order to keep abreast of developments in her field, including the North San Diego County Association of Realtors, the Kansas chapter of the American Business Women’s Association and chapter 17 of the California State Retirees.

Having been active in the legal field throughout the years as well, Ms. Hutchinson is a member of the Association of Humanitarian Lawyers and the National Alliance for Family Court Justice, where she has done work with the organization’s founder, Elizabeth Richards. She also spent more than three decades as a crime prevention consultant, and is currently active in various projects to help protect vulnerable children. Since 2012, she has been working with Dr. Judith Reisman, the director of the Child Protection Center at Liberty University, and she has also done considerable volunteer work with Safe Kids Now and the D.C. Youth Orchestra Program. In addition, she has severed as a mediator for the Georgia Supreme Court since 2010 and the chief executive officer of Tahitian Pearl Consultants since 2000.

Prior to embarking on her career, Ms. Hutchinson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting, cum laude, from Howard University in 1979. Following this accomplishment, she joined Georgetown University and obtained a law degree in 1982. Working in finance for many years, she was driven by her fascination with numbers and sales to enter the field of real estate and she achieved her real estate licenses for both California and Georgia in 2018.

Born in Washington, D.C., Ms. Hutchison attributes much of her success to her father and grandmother, who were from Atlanta, Georgia. Also crediting her faith as a driving force in her career, she has made a name for herself as someone who excels at building relationships and is willing to customize programs for her clients. Recognized for her excellence since her undergraduate years, she was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the international business honor society, in 1978, and more recently was presented with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award and named a Marquis Who’s Who Top Professional.

While Ms. Hutchinson has accomplished much over the years, she cites her greatest achievement as learning how to excel as a sales professional for her clients. She hopes, above all, to leave a legacy as someone who had a positive impact on the lives of others. Looking toward the future, Ms. Hutchinson intends to utilize her real estate expertise to design and build her own house by the ocean.
