Jessica ArtzJessica L. Artz, SPHR, is a human resources professional celebrating more than 15 years of business development through creative and efficient personnel management. She is also proud to have held an executive position with a company, while being a mother to two young boys and a wife to her husband.

Dedicated to staying on the cutting edge of best practices, Ms. Artz is a certified senior professional in human resources and strategic human resources business partner, and holds continuing education credentials including a Leadership Excellence and Executive Coaching Certificate from the Academy of Leadership. Her philanthropic efforts include donating to the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation, which is an organization that aims to honor a New York-based firefighter who lost his life saving other during the 9/11 attacks.

Ms. Artz lives by the dictum to “never give up, persevere,” and attributes her success to her willingness to learn, constant desire to improve and motivation to provide the best possible result for her team. Within five years, she looks forward to beginning a transition to an executive leadership role with an eye on transferring her skills to a chief operations officer position, and to spending more time with her husband and two sons.
