TARRIAN D. ALEXANDER

Drawn to a career in medicine out of a desire to help others, Tarrian D. Alexander is a certified community health worker and also holds certification in CPR and first aid from the American Heart Association. She began her career as a health unit coordinator at Parkland Memorial Hospital in 1994, a position she held until 2000. During this time, she attained an Associate of Applied Science in liberal arts and science from Mountain View College in 1998. In 2000, Ms. Alexander joined Texas Oncology with the U.S. Oncology Network as a receptionist and level three scheduler. MAUREEN HUBBARD CRIBBS

First earning a Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University in 1949, Maureen Hubbard Cribbs is an accomplished artist, who specializes in media, drawing, woodcuts and printmaking. Also certified as a secondary school teacher, she served as an art teacher for Chicago Heights School District 163 in Park Forest, Illinois, from 1960 to 1978, during which time she furthered her studies with coursework at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago from 1971 to 1972 and a Master of Arts from Governors State University in 1973. Excelling as a private practice writing consultant since 1991, Marylyn E. Jones Calabrese, PhD, specializes in helping people write important documents. Over the years, she has worked with students applying to college, graduate school, medical school and law school; business executives who need writing coaching; and others who just needed official statements written.
