TALATH AALIA SIDDIQUI

Backed by more than two decades of professional experience, Talath Aalia Siddiqui is renowned for her transformational leadership and coaching skills. Likewise, she holds an abundance of knowledge in operations management, process improvement, human resources and strategic planning. Ms. Siddiqui earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix in 2010 and a master’s degree in leadership and coaching from Wright Graduate University in 2017.

Ms. Siddiqui presently excels as a transformational leader and coach through her business, Coach Aalia. Since 2018, she has worked with people to help them learn more about themselves and provides educational workshops at community centers, colleges and charter schools for personal and professional development. Her curriculum is based on individual and developmental psychology. Notably, she has been met with great acclaim and success through her work, including being interviewed by Vicky Hamilton.

Ms. Siddiqui recalls her life was transformed when she attended a weekend training in Chicago on changing yourself and emotional-social intelligence. Intrigued by the subjects, she enrolled in a graduate program, where she learned about existential choices, human potential, neuroscience and educational methodologies. With her newfound knowledge, in 2019, she began conducting her workshop, which is customized to bring Islamic values and teachings. Her signature programs are Emotional Intelligence in Qur’an and Social Intelligence in Qur’an.

Alongside her work in transformational coaching, Ms. Siddiqui also serves as the executive director of the Baithak School Network, where she helps fund schools in Pakistan, and Elysian Concepts, LLC, through which she offers workshops related to social-emotional learning and consults for small businesses and nonprofit organizations. During the early stages of her career, she gained valuable expertise as an operations analyst for Gresham Partners, LLC, a business consultant for Advisor Solutions, a board member with Refugee Assistance Programs, and as vice president of Graybill Bartz & Associates Ltd. For 15 years, she also excelled in banking and finance.

Outside of her primary work, Ms. Siddiqui volunteers for various events as an organizer via the Mohammed Webb Foundation. Likewise, she serves on the board of the Muslimah Connection and the Baithak School Society. In order to remain abreast of changes in the field, she aligns herself with the Institute of Management Consultants and the National Speakers Association.

While hard work and dedication have brought her far, Ms. Siddiqui attributes her success to God and her determination, as well as her father for instilling in her the value of a good work ethic. Among other influences throughout her journey, she also recognizes Malcolm X and Oprah Winfrey, along with her role model and mentor, professor Judith Wright. She considers her most notable achievement to be any training or teaching she is involved in, as she loves giving talks, participating in panel discussions and interacting with people.

Looking toward the future, Ms. Siddiqui’s goal is to establish an Islamic leadership institute to teach people how to lead their lives and guide those around them. She would also like to launch her own Youtube channel and conduct online coaching. A distinguished Marquis listee, she presently resides in Flemington, New Jersey.
